My True Story
My true story started two year ago. I was at PE as normal, but when we ran, I fell and landed on my left arm. I think my arm slapped a tree. I had a big bump on my arm. I was crying so much, my brother had to call my dad to take my to the hospital. They took x-rays and finally the doctor said it was broken. They had to pull it into place. The doctor said I had to wear three casts for half of the school year. My first cast was light and really soft. I had that cast for two week. My second cast was really heavy, and not soft at all. It felt like something scratching you. After two days it felt lighter. I had to wear a sling to hold it up to my chest. I had that cast for two weeks, and they had to saw it off, but it doesn't cut you at all. They washed my arm, and it stunk really badly. Finally, they put a half cast on me. My mom asked if I could play soccer. The doctor said, "Yes," but I had to wear foam on my cast. I was so happy that I had two more weeks to go. My first game with my cast was strange, because I had to wear pink foam on my arm. I was fine with it though. They took off my cast right after the season ended. After that, my arm hurt a little. Now I can pop my left arm. That's my true story.
